Senior Technical Developer, Jordan Apparel

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for Jordan Apparel from concept through production, ensuring design intent is translated into scalable, production-ready products.
• Manage assigned styles by collaborating daily with Design, Product Management, Materials, Color, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs for factory partners, including measurements, construction sketches, and graphic placements.
• Request, track, and review physical and digital prototypes, leading focused proto review sessions.
• Develop clear product specifications and construction standards to improve manufacturability and quality.
• Navigate production calendars and key milestones to ensure on-time readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical development and/or design experience in the apparel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, textile science, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Deep experience with apparel screen-printing and graphic embellishments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD pattern design software such as Optitex.
• Proficiency with 3D design tools like CLO or Browzwear.
