Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end fit process from first fit through bulk production
• Oversee the development of block patterns and spec library to achieve consistent fit
• Develop and maintain Tech Packs throughout the product creation process
• Manage weekly fit sessions for Tops and Dresses categories
• Analyze best and worst sellers to drive continuous fit improvements
• Manage time and actions to ensure products are approved on time
• Support building out Technical Design Tools and driving key fit initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and track monthly fit metrics
• Collaborate across design, merchandising, and product development teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Women's Tops and Dresses technical design
• 5+ years of experience in patternmaking
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Solid understanding of Petite Fit and grading
• Mastery of 2D Pattern Software, Google Sheets, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working directly with domestic and overseas factories
• Strong analytical and communication skills
