Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate client engagements by setting strategy and prioritizing requirements
• Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, and project communication
• Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to build products
• Identify assumptions, dependencies, issues, and risks to develop mitigation plans
• Translate machine learning and NLP capabilities into core product features

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS
• Proven success managing large-scale enterprise data integration projects
• Experience gathering requirements and leading scope discussions
• Strong technical understanding of system design and enterprise architecture
• Experience with DoD or public sector clients (e.g., FedStart, ATO)
• Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; TS/SCI preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data science concepts
• Understanding of ML algorithms, database structures, or data pipelines
• Background in coding or working closely with engineering teams
