Senior Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred
• 15-20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
