Senior Technical Consultant - Team Leader ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture, development, and technical teams for large-scale public and private sector projects.
• Design robust and scalable technical solutions following development, integration, and quality best practices.
• Act as a technical reference and coordinate effectively with Business Process Consultants, Engagement Managers, and technical clients.
• Manage and coordinate technical teams, providing leadership and reviewing the work of other Technical Consultants.
• Oversee end-to-end ITOM architecture, including CMDB design, MID Server management, and data reconciliation.
• Drive continuous process improvement for clients and manage ServiceNow implementations, evolutions, and integrations.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of technical experience in ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on architecture and development.
• Proven technical leadership and experience managing technical teams.
• Extensive experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ITIL (v3 or v4) certification is mandatory.
• English proficiency at a B2 or C1 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in areas such as Discovery, ITSM, Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM), or Now Assist.
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).
• Scrum Master certification or similar Agile credentials.
