Senior Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients during the onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix.
• Translate business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules and integration plans.
• Lead the implementation of DDP and supporting product SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and configuration sessions with clients.
• Support client teams through technical troubleshooting, testing, and go-live activities.
• Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.
• Partner with fraud strategy and risk teams to align technical configurations with business goals.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
• Prior experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities.
• Strong consulting and client management skills with the ability to influence complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital identity signals, device fingerprinting, and behavioral biometrics.
• Experience writing business rules for real-time decisioning systems.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce risk management.
• Familiarity with fraud platforms such as BioCatch, Kount, or Riskified.
• Fluency in a second language, with Mandarin preferred.
