Senior Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from the Retail Media Commercial team into actionable technical and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Engineers to ensure technical concepts meet business requirements
• Write detailed technical conceptions to guide engineering teams through development, testing, and roll-out
• Take ownership of project timelines and ensure milestones are met across cross-functional teams
• Own GTM readiness for new tech features to ensure commercial teams are prepared for launch
• Manage high-visibility placements including Sponsored Products, Content, Coupons, and Missions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Solid understanding of cross-system architectures, APIs, data flows, and e-commerce dependencies
• Ability to write and review functional specifications and user stories
• Strong project management skills for driving complex cross-functional projects
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using business metrics and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment up to senior management
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and exploratory mindset
