Senior Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from the Retail Media Commercial team into technical and functional specifications for engineering teams
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Engineers to ensure technical concepts meet business needs
• Author detailed technical concepts and manage projects end-to-end from conception through testing to roll-out
• Take responsibility for project timelines and ensure milestones are met across cross-functional teams
• Manage Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness for new technical features to ensure commercial teams are prepared for launch
• Oversee high-reach placements including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Content, Sponsored Coupons, and Sponsored Missions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid understanding of cross-system architectures in E-commerce (APIs, data flows, backend/frontend dependencies)
• Ability to write and review functional specifications and user stories
• Strong project management skills for structuring and driving complex projects
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate business metrics into decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills up to senior management level
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and inquisitive mindset
