Senior Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from the Retail Media Commercial team into actionable technical and functional specifications for Engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Engineers to ensure technical concepts meet business needs.
• Write detailed technical conceptions to guide Engineering teams through development, testing, and roll-out.
• Take ownership of project timelines and ensure milestones are met across cross-functional teams.
• Manage GTM readiness for new tech features to ensure the Commercial team is prepared for product launches.
• Oversee high-visibility placements including Sponsored Products, Content, Coupons, and Missions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a technical business analysis or similar role.
• Solid understanding of cross-system architectures in an e-commerce context, including APIs, data flows, and backend/frontend dependencies.
• Proven ability to write and review functional specifications and user stories.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Proficiency with agile workflows and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders up to senior management level.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using business metrics and dashboards to inform decisions.
