Senior Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial requirements from the Retail Media team into clear technical and functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Engineers to ensure technical concepts align with business needs.
• Author detailed technical concepts and manage projects end-to-end, from conception and development to testing and roll-out.
• Take ownership of project timelines and ensure milestones are met across cross-functional teams.
• Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness for new technical features to ensure the commercial team is prepared for launches.
• Support high-reach placements including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Content, Sponsored Coupons, and Sponsored Missions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of cross-system architectures in an e-commerce context, including APIs, data flows, and backend/frontend dependencies.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and user stories that are directly actionable for engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and drive complex, cross-functional projects.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using business metrics and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior management.
• Proficiency with agile workflows and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge requirements and propose alternatives.
