About the role
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain customer equipment to ensure high beverage quality
- Travel to various customer locations to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Perform professional installation of machines at customer sites
- Manage and maintain adequate parts inventory within the service vehicle
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electronics, plumbing, or electrical systems
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
