Senior Technical Associate

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain customer equipment to ensure high beverage quality
• Travel to various customer locations to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Perform professional installation of machines at customer sites
• Manage and maintain adequate parts inventory within the service vehicle
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through technical excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electronics, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs
