About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce lighting for environmental content including worlds, dungeons, and boss rooms
- Support lighting for cinematic cutscenes and visual sequences
- Manage lighting direction and quality for promotional assets and external images
- Build and optimize lighting production pipelines
- Create and manage materials based on Unreal Engine 5
- Improve graphic quality and optimization for environmental resources
- Enhance art tools and pipelines to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in lighting production and quality improvement using Unreal Engine
- Deep understanding of lighting, color, and atmosphere direction
- Understanding of cinematic lighting techniques
- Practical experience and deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
- Experience in mobile game development and optimization
- Strong proactive work ethic and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UE5 lighting systems like Lumen and Virtual Shadow Map
- Experience in open-world or Time of Day (TOD) lighting production
- Experience creating cinematic cutscenes or promotional imagery
- Ability to implement functions using Blueprints
- Experience with C++, scripting, or tool development
