Responsibilities

• Address complex issues/questions and propose solutions or workarounds
• Design, develop, and implement inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings
• Develop enhancements to pages using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Fix data quality issues using Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Expertise in designing and implementing OIC integrations, orchestration flows, and mappings
• Understanding of Oracle HCM modules (mainly Core HR) and data structures
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and OIC connectivity agents
• Prior experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Proven understanding of Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM technical configuration including fast formulas
• Experience with reporting via BI Publisher, OTBI, or HCM extract
