Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing services and manage testing activities in accordance with project timelines and SLAs
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables
• Maintain expertise in product specifications, testing methodologies, and automation tools
• Support and mentor junior Technical Analysts and review their work
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, and technical publications
• Support customers in defining testing strategies and provide technical support during the sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related technical field
• Experience with testing tools, methodologies, or equivalent testing environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools and methodologies
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer management
