Senior Technical Adoption Specialist, AEC, Korea

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise
• Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to accelerate new product adoption
• Deliver digital content through one-to-many webinars for end users
• Develop and maintain digital content that addresses specific customer challenges and adheres to quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Professional fluency in Korean
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience delivering technical training to large enterprise customers
• Experience identifying and improving AEC workflow challenges through Autodesk solutions
• Experience working collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
