About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical thought leader in the post-sale lifecycle to grow adoption and retain key accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by aligning measurement and data solutions to business objectives
- Partner with Sales Engineering to ensure continuity of solution strategy from pre-sale to execution
- Lead client measurement strategy across advanced reporting and third-party solutions
- Scope and deliver custom reporting solutions for advanced analysis and executive storytelling
- Use Google BigQuery SQL to investigate data discrepancies and validate data integrity
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Account Management, Project Management, or Ad Operations
- 4+ years of experience with Ad Tech platforms (DSPs, DMPs, CDP, or clean rooms)
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic buying and measurement
- Proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) and cloud-based analytics tools
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
