About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the post-sales process for enterprise-level customers
  • Provide high-level product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities to drive business growth
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Deliver detailed sales presentations and respond to technical or business-related inquiries
  • Attend industry conferences and seminars to represent the company

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical account management or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Network Scanners
  • Experience with IDS/IPS and Policy Compliance
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, or SOX
  • Excellent presentation and professional communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from front-line technical staff to C-level executives
  • Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory
  • College degree, military experience, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 'Big 4' or similar professional consulting environments
