About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the post-sales process for Enterprise-level customers
  • Provide high-level product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Deliver detailed sales presentations and respond to technical or business-related inquiries
  • Attend industry conferences and seminars to represent the company

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical account management or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge in Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, IDS/IPS, and Network Scanners
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, or SOX
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 'Big 4' or similar professional consulting environments
  • Deep understanding of Policy Compliance and Audit Tools
