About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts across various verticals.
  • Lead technical onboarding and project manage deployments for new use cases and products.
  • Provide hands-on guidance for Web and Mobile SDK integrations, REST/webhook architectures, and backend configurations.
  • Monitor account health and lead technical incident response, including coordinating internal engineering and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows to accelerate customer onboarding and improve documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant).
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Web and/or Mobile SDK integration (iOS, Android, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Proficiency with SQL for log analysis, troubleshooting, and operational reporting.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (AWS preferred).
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or an equivalent language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or biometric authentication.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, or GDPR/CCPA.
  • Prior experience working at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
