About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship for a set of key accounts, building trusted long-term partnerships
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer’s workflows and configuration
  • Lead investigation and troubleshooting of complex technical issues, coordinating with internal teams
  • Support delivery of new features and product changes for existing customers
  • Manage multiple priorities across accounts and projects
  • Capture and synthesise technical feedback from customers to inform product improvements
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of configurations and customer-specific best practices
  • Contribute to improving processes like ticketing, escalations, and knowledge bases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, technical support, or solutions engineering
  • Strong technical background with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience documenting technical processes
  • Investment management or SaaS industry experience is highly beneficial
  • Experience using browser-based web apps
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance technical work
  • Ability to mentor or manage other TAMs/CSAs
