About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical owner and advisor for a dedicated group of strategic enterprise clients
  • Deliver an elevated technical support experience and build trusted relationships by becoming a subject matter expert on client businesses
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" to provide contextual insights regarding product experience and drive optimizations
  • Work cross-functionally with account managers and engineering teams to explore upsell opportunities and resolve operational challenges
  • Serve as an escalation point for break-fix support and ad-hoc technical queries
  • Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions, focusing on product roadmap updates and technical performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in an engineering, technical support, or Technical Account Manager (TAM) role
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API architecture
  • Proficiency in professional oral and written communication, with experience presenting to decision-makers
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the payments domain or financial services
  • Experience working with data to analyze transaction patterns and drive optimizations
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
