About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical owner and advisor for a dedicated group of strategic enterprise clients
  • Deliver an elevated technical support experience, acting as the "voice of the customer" for product teams
  • Build trusted relationships by becoming a subject matter expert on client business and architecture
  • Collaborate with commercial account managers to identify optimization and upsell opportunities
  • Act as an escalation point for break-fix support and complex ad-hoc technical inquiries
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by presenting product roadmap updates and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in an engineering, technical support, or Technical Account Manager role
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API architecture
  • Proficiency in professional oral and written communication, including presenting to decision-makers
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the payments domain or financial services
  • Experience analyzing transaction patterns and using data to drive optimizations
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
