Senior Technical Account Manager - AEC

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a primary technical point of contact
• Provide priority handling and escalation of critical issues while monitoring service level compliance
• Deliver technical assistance and recommendations to enterprise customers based on data analytics
• Partner with customer IT and design groups to ensure efficient installation and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications
• Manage delivery of coaching sessions to increase product adoption and support customer success plans
• Conduct regular support case reviews and assess software performance to align technical insights with customer objectives
• Manage key technical events, such as major software upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Autodesk AECO products (specifically Autodesk Revit) and cloud services (specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma)
• Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English is required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within an enterprise environment
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical consulting or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients
• Ability to present technical information effectively to live or virtual audiences
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks and/or Autodesk AutoCAD
• Proficiency in additional European languages
