Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage interview and selection processes including screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews
• Utilize ATS to review candidate data, credentials, and contact information
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements
• Stay updated with new technological trends and products

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
• Understanding of selection evaluation and digital recruitment technologies
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, Zoom, structured)
• Technical expertise to understand and explain IT job requirements
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable)
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
