- Plan and manage interview and selection processes including screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews
- Utilize ATS to review candidate data, credentials, and contact information
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements
- Stay updated with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Understanding of selection evaluation and digital recruitment technologies
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, Zoom, structured)
- Technical expertise to understand and explain IT job requirements
- Familiarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable)
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
