Senior Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for product and engineering roles in the Americas
• Build long-term relationships with top tech talent in the Brazilian market
• Implement sourcing automation and modern CRM tools to optimize the candidate journey
• Partner with hiring managers on talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence
• Collaborate with the Employer Brand team on targeted recruitment marketing campaigns
• Use data analytics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and improve hiring scalability

Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter with a focus on tech recruitment
• Expertise in sourcing product and engineering talent
• Experience with sourcing automation, semantic search, or advanced recruitment tools
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
