Senior Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute a measurable end-to-end recruiting process for Oil and Gas, IT, tech, Admin, product, and design positions
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies, including headhunting, to attract top-tier global talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior management to understand business requirements and tailor sourcing approaches
• Use data analytics to influence business decisions and measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
• Provide a first-class candidate experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Utilize social media as a primary platform for sourcing and candidate attraction
• Optimize internal recruitment processes and organize industry events or talks

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative writing skills for candidate engagement
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the Oil and Gas sector
