Senior Team Leader - Power Distribution

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mechanical and electrical planned maintenance activities are performed on time and in full to achieve compliance.
• Minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs by supporting the revision of preventive maintenance frequencies and project planning.
• Apply criticality analysis and investigate failures or major incidents to ensure lessons are learned and faults are eliminated.
• Safely operate machines and equipment while ensuring proper safety standards are strictly adhered to.
• Develop and review operational procedures, documentation, and manuals, and support training on new equipment or plant.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant and overall professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of developing technologies in airport engineering and operations.
• Familiarity with related engineering services processes.
