Senior Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee production flow and ensure the fulfillment of production plans in a 3-shift manufacturing environment
• Manage and supervise a large team of approximately 70 employees, including organization, motivation, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and production quality at all levels
• Act as a deputy for the Shift Supervisor and assist with new employee recruitment
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production and quality processes

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
• Proven experience managing large teams of employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
