About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee production flow and ensure the fulfillment of production plans in a 3-shift manufacturing environment
- Manage and supervise a large team of approximately 70 employees, including organization, motivation, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and production quality at all levels
- Act as a deputy for the Shift Supervisor and assist with new employee recruitment
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production and quality processes
Requirements
- Technical secondary education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
- Proven experience managing large teams of employees
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
