Senior Team Leader Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in a 3-shift manufacturing environment to ensure production plan fulfillment
• Oversee a team of approximately 70 employees, managing organization, motivation, training, and attendance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all levels
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a deputy for the Shift Supervisor, including assisting with recruitment processes
• Monitor production flow and employee utilization to optimize efficiency

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience leading large teams of employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
