Senior Tax Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of credit recovery processes/cases with outsourced law firms
• Provide technical support and alternatives to law firms to ensure successful credit recovery
• Discuss and define the best legal strategies for each case
• Analyze settlement proposals from both procedural and financial perspectives
• Validate and review key legal petitions and maintain the legal system updated
• Support various company areas, particularly the commercial team
• Organize, implement, and monitor strategies at scale
• Monitor legislative discussions and jurisprudence impacting credit recovery
• Participate in discussions regarding KPIs and jurimetrics

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• Experience in credit recovery or high-complexity litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial calculations
• Knowledge of asset protection strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Civil Law or Civil Procedure
