Senior Tax Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prepare CIT and VAT tax returns
• Assess and monitor tax risks and implement changes regarding evolving tax regulations
• Provide ongoing tax advisory services for major Polish and international clients
• Support tax procedures before tax authorities
• Collaborate with and supervise experienced assistants and interns
• Utilize an AI-integrated ecosystem to analyze regulations, automate processes, and create client recommendations

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in CIT and VAT advisory
• Higher education degree, preferably in Law, Finance, or Economics
• Fluency in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of tax issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of Tax Advisor qualifications or being on the path to obtaining them
• Experience in advisory for the financial sector
• Experience in team management and task delegation
