Senior Tax Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide client engagement support and coordination for complex property tax projects
• Assist engagement teams in preparing and distributing client deliverables
• Perform research on clients and industries to support team members
• Manage client data by scanning, formatting, coding, and mapping it into databases
• Maintain calendar appointments and deadlines to ensure accountability
• Prepare professional communications including emails, memos, letters, and confirmation requests
• Organize workpapers and create client files using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
• Travel to client sites as needed to assist with projects

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 2-4 years of experience in US Taxation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
