Senior Tax Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust tax function and processes alongside the Director of Tax
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provisions and journal entries in accordance with ASC 740
• Coordinate tax reviews and audits with external financial statement auditors
• Manage 3rd party tax providers to ensure timely resolution of tax issues
• Assist with tax strategies, transfer pricing, and intercompany agreements
• Maintain tax filing requirements and review compliance prepared by external providers
• Perform research on federal, state, and international tax developments
• Consult with internal departments on the tax impact of new products and transactions

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or a multi-national corporate tax department
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax and indirect tax matters
• Familiarity with tax planning, risk reduction, and internal controls
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to international tax regulations
• CPA certification
• Master's degree in Tax
