Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate federal and multi-state partnership income tax filings across a diverse portfolio of entities
• Assist with estimated payments, extensions, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and internal accounting teams
• Monitor and analyze changes in federal and state tax legislation to assess organizational impact
• Prepare direct tax filings and provide support during audits
• Participate in special research projects, transactions, and tax planning initiatives across the investment portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 4–8 years of tax experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both
• Demonstrated experience with federal and state partnership tax compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in taxation
• CPA certification
• Experience with OneSource tax software
