Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close process, tax accrual calculations, and preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Prepare and review corporate federal, state, and local tax filings
• Support calculation and reporting of U.S. international tax provisions including GILTI, FDII, and BEAT
• Ensure compliance with bottle deposit tax and environmental fees
• Collaborate with third-party tax consultants and external advisors
• Monitor global tax developments such as OECD’s Pillar Two
• Analyze tax impact of cross-border transactions and intercompany arrangements
• Assist in developing and maintaining transfer pricing policies
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and support tax audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting
• Experience with ASC 740, state and local tax, indirect tax, and in-house corporate tax
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
