Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. federal corporate income tax compliance workpapers, including taxable income calculations and book-to-tax adjustments
• Support preparation of federal and state income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments
• Prepare return-to-provision analysis and identify differences between prior-year estimates and final calculations
• Maintain organized tax compliance workpapers and support documentation for auditors and external advisors
• Assist with international tax compliance inputs including Forms 5471, GILTI, and FDII/FDDEI
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision workpapers under ASC 740
• Assist with audit requests, tax notices, and state inquiries
• Identify process improvement opportunities and build repeatable templates for tax workpapers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
• 3+ years of tax, accounting, audit, or finance experience
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and data organization
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to support U.S. time zone deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with U.S. corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision
• Exposure to multinational company or shared service environments
• Familiarity with state apportionment, NOLs, and foreign tax credits
• Experience with tax software such as OneSource or NetSuite
