Senior Talent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for manufacturing employees in Cookeville and Algood, TN, addressing inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
• Manage and resolve HR Help Cases within the Workday platform to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and manage the onboarding process, including I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee data and support data audits, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate site support activities such as employee meetings, job fairs, and event set-up.
• Ensure all employee files and documentation comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review, reporting, and tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Schedule flexibility to support multiple shifts, including early starts (as early as 6:00 AM) one to two days per week.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience supporting HR operations.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Hands-on experience using Workday and UKG (Kronos).
