Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various regions and functions
  • Contribute to talent strategy, workforce planning, and capability mapping
  • Help evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to resonate in the market
  • Build scalable recruitment practices, tools, and processes
  • Upskill hiring leaders through coaching and training on assessment rigour
  • Support compensation benchmarking and market insights
  • Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, universities, and industry forums
  • Maintain the ATS and track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments
  • Experience recruiting hardware, software, or technical roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
  • Deep knowledge of global sourcing techniques and channels
  • Strong data and reporting skills to analyze hiring metrics
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in New Zealand and Australia
  • High emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving abilities
