Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various regions and functions
• Contribute to talent strategy, workforce planning, and capability mapping
• Help evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to resonate in the market
• Build scalable recruitment practices, tools, and processes
• Upskill hiring leaders through coaching and training on assessment rigour
• Support compensation benchmarking and market insights
• Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Represent Halter as a brand ambassador at events and industry forums
• Maintain the ATS and track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline progress

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments
• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, specifically GTM, sales, and marketing roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions
• Deep knowledge of global sourcing techniques and channels
• Strong data and reporting skills to analyze hiring metrics
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-growth tech environments
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a global capacity
