Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring strategy for the Engineering and Operations functions
• Build and refine search, interview, and calibration playbooks
• Strengthen the talent brand by representing Rho at events and shaping competitive positioning
• Use a human-first approach to position Rho to top operators
• A/B test messaging and utilize AI tools to multiply recruiting leverage
• Track and obsess over recruiting metrics to consistently exceed goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
• Experience recruiting for senior or leadership-level roles
• Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to engage technical builders
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making
