Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring strategy for the Engineering and Operations functions
- Build and refine search, interview, and calibration playbooks
- Strengthen the talent brand by representing Rho at events and shaping competitive positioning
- Use a human-first approach to position Rho to top operators
- A/B test messaging and utilize AI tools to multiply recruiting leverage
- Track and obsess over recruiting metrics to consistently exceed goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
- Experience recruiting for senior or leadership-level roles
- Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to engage technical builders
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making
