Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling employer branding to articulate company mission and culture
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, platform, and operations roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market trends
  • Implement best practices in interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring
  • Improve recruitment data tracking, reporting, and hiring performance metrics
  • Introduce tools and processes to improve hiring speed, quality, and scalability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition hiring senior engineers in high-growth startups
  • Track record of scaling diverse, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder and advisory skills, including partnering with founders or senior leadership
  • Excellent sourcing capability and creative approach to talent pipelining
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring decisions
  • Experience hiring across UK, EMEA, and US markets
  • Understanding of startup hiring challenges and rapid scaling
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
