Senior Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and support the recruiting function for the newly established Riyadh office
• Develop talent acquisition strategies at the KSA Operations level, including job analysis and market development
• Iterate and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
• Partner with local business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategic solutions
• Hire, coach, and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals
• Manage stakeholder relationships to build trust and align with company culture
• Monitor team performance and define clear performance goals
• Lead collaborations with external agencies, universities, and talent sources
• Build and manage an intern program

Requirements

• Proven experience in in-house recruiting, preferably in tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup environments
• Experience leading and managing teams of recruiters
• Strong knowledge of the KSA labor market and associated labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Data-driven approach to determining staffing needs and producing forecasts
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable talent acquisition strategies
