Senior Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Own US hiring end-to-end across GTM and product organisations
• Partner with senior leadership including the President, COO, and CPO on critical hires
• Execute outbound-heavy sourcing to build a high-quality talent pipeline
• Design and implement AI-native hiring workflows and automations
• Build hx's employer brand and presence in the NYC market
• Provide market intelligence regarding compensation and talent trends to the business

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering GTM hires at a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or AI company
• Established network within the US GTM talent space
• Experience closing candidates with complex, competing offers
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby or Greenhouse used as a builder
• Experience operating within an AI-leveraged talent function
