About the role
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting across assigned verticals from intake to offer negotiation
- Developing sourcing strategies and managing channel performance
- Coaching hiring managers on intake quality, structured interviewing, and decision-making
- Monitoring process health to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Providing market intelligence on compensation benchmarking and talent mapping
- Partnering with vertical leads on org design, headcount planning, and people topics
Requirements
- 5+ years in in-house talent roles, ideally at a scaling startup or deep-tech company
- Proven track record closing senior and technical hires (engineering, ML, commercial, or operations)
- Ability to manage difficult conversations regarding briefs, counteroffers, or process breakdowns
- Strong process-oriented thinking
- HRBP or people partner experience, or a strong desire to grow into the role
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
