About the role

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting across assigned verticals from intake to offer negotiation
  • Developing sourcing strategies and managing channel performance
  • Coaching hiring managers on intake quality, structured interviewing, and decision-making
  • Monitoring process health to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Providing market intelligence on compensation benchmarking and talent mapping
  • Partnering with vertical leads on org design, headcount planning, and people topics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in in-house talent roles, ideally at a scaling startup or deep-tech company
  • Proven track record closing senior and technical hires (engineering, ML, commercial, or operations)
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations regarding briefs, counteroffers, or process breakdowns
  • Strong process-oriented thinking
  • HRBP or people partner experience, or a strong desire to grow into the role
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
