Senior Talent Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of creators, guiding commercial strategy and identifying aligned partnerships
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships to drive revenue
• Build strong relationships across brands, agencies, and partners within your vertical
• Act as a strategic advisor to creators regarding career development and brand positioning
• Work with the Talent Director to identify and expand the roster with emerging creators
• Lead negotiations and oversee campaign delivery from pitch through execution
• Support and mentor junior team members and Talent Associates

Requirements

• Experience in talent management, influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and platform dynamics
• Commercially driven mindset with a track record of securing partnerships
• Ability to balance business instincts with cultural creativity
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
