Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a roster of talent across Broadcast, Media & PR
• Develop and execute long-term career strategies to grow talent profile and influence
• Build and maintain relationships with broadcasters, producers, and media organisations
• Identify emerging trends and market opportunities for talent and the business
• Partner with commercial and talent teams to align revenue opportunities
• Support the growth of the Broadcast & Media talent offering through acquisition and mentorship

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Representation, or Media/Broadcast industries
• Proven experience building and developing talent careers
• Strong understanding of Broadcast, Media, PR, and the Creator Economy
• Demonstrated success in talent identification and relationship building
• Existing network across media, entertainment, or communications is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation and commercial mindset
• Highly organised and relationship-driven
