Senior Talent Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve Talent & Performance processes including performance cycles, talent reviews, and career frameworks
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistency and adoption of Talent initiatives
• Generate insights and support decision-making through data analysis and dashboards
• Implement new tools and AI-based solutions to improve workflows and productivity
• Improve operational efficiency of Talent processes through automation and scalability
• Support the management and continuous improvement of Talent systems and platforms

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Management or Performance Management processes
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify patterns
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience improving processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Familiarity and interest in AI-based productivity solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with People Analytics or data visualization tools
• Experience working with HR systems and platforms
• Experience in tech companies or fast-growing digital businesses
