About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and creative teams to drive revenue growth through talent-led initiatives.
  • Source, cast, and book high-profile talent including celebrities, influencers, athletes, and artists for branded content and advertising programs.
  • Lead client pitches by developing high-impact talent pitch decks to secure new business.
  • Manage all aspects of contractual talent booking, including negotiations, music clearances, content usage, and SAG guidelines.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with talent agencies, PR firms, record labels, and digital influencer agencies.
  • Oversee talent during on-site productions and at Condé Nast tentpole events.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to execute complex talent agreements and optimize commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, creator relations, or business development.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex talent agreements and managing high-level contractual bookings.
  • Deep understanding of SAG guidelines, music clearances, and content usage rights.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving measurable business impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams like Sales, Legal, and Creative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume programs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an agency, entertainment, production, or media setting.
  • Background in the creator economy, social media platforms, or influencer technology.
  • Familiarity with creator measurement platforms and social analytics tools.
  • Experience with global talent partnerships and international markets.
  • Knowledge of media rights, licensing, and intellectual property considerations.
