About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital support staff
- Partner with hospital leadership, department heads, and medical directors to identify workforce needs and staffing priorities
- Source qualified healthcare professionals locally and internationally via LinkedIn, job portals, and healthcare networks
- Conduct detailed screening, including qualification verification, clinical experience assessment, and licensing eligibility
- Ensure all candidates comply with UAE healthcare regulatory and credentialing requirements
- Coordinate interviews with clinical panels and senior hospital stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation follow-up
- Work closely with credentialing, DataFlow, and licensing teams to ensure hiring compliance
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ATS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and healthcare staffing structures
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing standards (DOH, DHA, MOH)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail regarding credential verification and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international healthcare recruitment (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.)
- Knowledge of DataFlow verification and OSCE processes
- Experience recruiting for hospitals or medical centers within the UAE or GCC
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring in fast-paced hospital environments
